Carne and I are brothers. We even share a family resemblance, black beans and sweeto rice. But everything changed when we lost our parents.
From that moment forward, I took my time, slow cooking myself to tenderness and sweetness to everyone.
Carne... well, he took a different path.
He took the loss of our parents much harder, and dove into the fires of grief until he was grilled to a sharpness of flavor that cuts through the salsa and the sour cream. Now, his purpose is to stand against all that is Sweeto in life, and sees himself as the self-appointed judge of flame-broiled justice.
